Common questions

How do I add another child?

Open the app, tap "View Children" → "+ Add Child". The first child is free; each additional child slot is a one-time $6.99 in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited tooth tracking, badges, savings, and Tooth Fairy letters for that child.

I lost my account / can't log in

Use "Forgot password" on the login screen — we'll email a reset link to the address on file. If that doesn't work, email [email protected] with the email you signed up with and we'll help recover access.

Restore previous purchases on a new phone

On iOS, open the app, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Apple will re-grant any previously bought child slots tied to your Apple ID. The same works on Android once your developer account is reactivated (see app status).

My child's photos / tooth history disappeared

Tooth Tycoon stores children's photos and tooth history locally on your device by default for privacy reasons. If you uninstalled the app or switched phones without backing up, that data is not on our servers. Going forward, the iCloud Drive backup feature (coming soon) will sync this safely.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account and ask for deletion. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

The app crashed / something is broken

Email [email protected] with:

We use these to file a crash fix in the next update.

I bought a child slot but it didn't unlock

Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall first — that fixes most cases. If still not working, email [email protected] with your Apple receipt (Apple emails one per purchase) and we'll grant the slot manually within 24 hours.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. Children's photos, names, and tooth history live locally on your device by default, not on our servers. We never allow advertising signals in the app and we do not sell or share data with advertisers. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
